Overview

Stash is a macOS utility app provided by littlengine labs. By downloading, installing, or using Stash, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Stash or make a purchase.

License and use

Subject to these terms and any applicable purchase or trial terms, littlengine labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Stash for personal or internal use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer Stash except where permitted by law.

Intellectual property

Stash, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by littlengine labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Trial and purchase

Stash may offer a free trial and a paid lifetime license. Access to paid features requires purchase after any applicable trial period.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.

Communications

By purchasing a license or signing up, you agree that we may send you messages related to your purchase or account, along with occasional product updates or offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Essential messages, such as license keys and receipts, are not marketing.

Refunds

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting hello@littlenginelabs.com. We may offer refunds at our discretion, particularly where the app is unable to function as described on a compatible system.

Updates and availability

Stash may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. We may add, modify, or remove features as the product evolves.

Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your Mac and macOS version are compatible with Stash. System changes, third-party software, or Dock customizations may affect how the app behaves.

Termination

We may suspend or end your license if you breach these terms. You can stop using Stash at any time.

Disclaimer

Stash is provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, littlengine labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Stash.

Our total liability for any claim related to Stash will not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Your rights under law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such rights apply, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by those laws.

Apple affiliation

Stash is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Stash after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
