Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Overview
Stash is a macOS utility app developed by littlengine labs. This Privacy Policy explains how Stash handles information when you use the app and visit our website.
Information Stash stores
Stash stores settings locally on your Mac. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:
- selected apps
- onboarding state
- calibration preferences
- alignment preferences
- launch settings
- other app preferences required for functionality
This information stays on your device unless you choose to share it with us.
Email and communications
When you download Stash, start a trial, purchase a license, or contact us, we may collect your email address along with any details you choose to share.
We use your email address to send license keys, receipts, and messages related to your purchase, to respond to support requests, and occasionally to send product updates or offers about Stash.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in them. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential messages such as license keys and receipts.
We use Resend to send and manage our emails. Resend processes your email address on our behalf so we can deliver these messages.
Payments
Purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Stash and littlengine labs do not directly store full payment card details on our own servers.
Licensing and purchase records
We may keep basic purchase or license information to validate purchases, provide downloads, and support customers.
Data retention
We keep purchase, license, and email records for as long as we need them to support your license, meet legal and accounting obligations, and operate our business. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Analytics and diagnostics
Stash does not track the contents of your files, messages, or app activity.
We may add lightweight product analytics or diagnostics in the future to improve the app. If we do, we will update this policy.
Accessibility permission
If you enable automatic Dock alignment, Stash may require Accessibility permission to read the Dock's position so it can stay aligned with your Dock.
This permission is used for app functionality. Stash does not use it to inspect the contents of your files or messages.
Data sharing
littlengine labs does not sell personal data.
We may share information only with service providers required to operate the business, such as Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email delivery.
International processing
Some of the service providers we use, including Stripe and Resend, are based in the United States. This means your information may be processed outside Australia.
Your rights and contact
If you have questions about this policy or your information, contact us at hello@littlenginelabs.com.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing emails, by contacting us at hello@littlenginelabs.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
